I hold a regular Tuesday evening meeting in the side meeting room. The room is so convenient, Its big enough for my group of 25 plus. The amenities are amazing. Always clean and tidy . Lynn is always happy to help. This is truly a well run hall. I would recommend Wincanton Memorial Hall to all of my friends and family.

Dear Wincanton Memorial Hall Trustees & Staff,
Thank you for the use of your Sun Lounge and all the excellent facilities therein for my son Tom's 50th birthday on exactly the correct date (it happened to be a Sunday!) The whole facility was immaculate, bright and easily accessible for the 60+ attendees during the event between mid-day and 2pm (and with access an hour in advance and a good 30 mins to depart before the Silver band Concert which followed in the main hall)
Tom was delighted as were the rest of the family. As you know,Tom is significantly disabled (but brighter than his dad and full of joie de vivre) so quite a number of attendees were in wheel-chairs or with other walking aids. There were no problems and the whole event and venue were a delight. Congratulations also go to our caterer Helen whom you recommended!
